Character daemons!

Gladio - some kind of big dog, probably. Like it's not creative, but he is the shield/protector and loyal as fuck, so some big ole drooly mastiff.

T'Challa - ... I mean ....

Tommy - Something that could sit on his shoulder/wrap around his neck when he runs. Maybe a meercat or a little hedgehog that wedges in against his neck. Though I'm tempted to say fennec fox because they make the most annoying noise.
