不太會用史密斯機做臥推,起槓方式跟自由槓不一樣orz我是菜雞嗎
Lifefitness的史密斯機起始重量究竟是多少啊...找不到標示...我知道有些史密斯機是9kg不過這台絕對不止吧orz

我兩邊各放1片10kg槓片就覺得推得快死,自由槓時通常都是各放2片5kg槓片,可是我直覺以為起始阻力只有9kg就傻呼呼放了10kg槓片,菜雞啊菜雞

咦,那樣的話我每次用史密斯機做臀推的重量應該是70kg而不是50kg……
