back to Madrid today and Tel Aviv tomorrow. Very nice intensive vacation. We actually plan it just 2 days before we leave due to my Schengen visa.

Most memorable and fun part are actually not on the main city like Seville / Córdoba / Granada but more on the smaller city

It is important to know which place that need booking few weeks before as most place like in Granada are overly touristic. Most places like in Córdoba close on Monday. So you need to plan around it

It’s always nice to book apartment in booking or agoda because most of them are big and have their homey charm. On smaller city, quirky hotels are the way to go

Due to their culture of not having proper lunch and siesta which is resting from 2-4 pm, it’s hard to find a proper lunch restaurant if you’re not eating on time, you’ll left with tapas bar with not so great tapas. Dinner should be fine as every restaurant open.
