This year the winners are: the World Figure Skating Champion, Javier Fernandez and Kaz Nishihata, the International Project Director of NTT Data, the Japanese telecommunications giant. The too awarded Olympic and World Figure Skating Champion, Yuzuru Hanyu, will not be able to attend the award ceremony.

During the ceremony, the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and the President of the Spain-Japan Council Foundation will give a speech followed by a screening of a video summary of the merits of each of the prize-winners.
