ive had flying dog but not that one. so many micros are brewed with a ton of green hops i cant drink it.

on the west coast they do a lot more roasted hops and malt which makes it not so bitter.

for the cost of most of them, upwards of 10-12$ a 6pack here, i dont want a mouthful of bitter grass cuttings.

we add hops to our hops and then brew them in a hoppy broth before cold filtering through our green hops seive.
