ive had flying dog but not that one. so many micros are brewed with a ton of green hops i cant drink it.

on the west coast they do a lot more roasted hops and malt which makes it not so bitter.

for the cost of most of them, upwards of 10-12$ a 6pack here, i dont want a mouthful of bitter grass cuttings.

I've really fallen fur "Independence Harbor" from Aldi.
$6:49 fur a six pack and really tasty.

we add hops to our hops and then brew them in a hoppy broth before cold filtering through our green hops seive.

Oh wait, no, that's not the ones I mean. There's other "beers" around in the us that have way more.

The idea of a Belgian (which I don't usually like) combined with an IPA (which I do usually like) intrigues me

I've enjoyed other Flying Dog beers. I'd be willing to try it.
