Yeah from what I recall he was always a dick but not like...... "hey me and my buddies should get some cash and flee the country"

he and trump are a great pair

I remember him being "general conservative mayor" gross. Though tbh some of that may just be that like. The version we've had to deal with in the last several years makes his old ones terribleness pale in comparison

Anyway I vote that old white men be required to take the same examinations they insist food stamp recipients get in order to continue to hold office

that's legit. and yeah he "cleaned up" NYC by fucking over lots of poor and at risk groups. that's his legacy imo.

yeah i watched a bit about that on a documentary about what the gay night scene was like both pre and post giuliani
