I'm not even fully fasting bc I have to take my morning meds with food but I'm so hungry

and I feel like playing video games or especially tagging smut would be inappropriate

I ate a bowl of cereal so I could take my meds but it tasted like guilt and now I feel queasy

If I'm understanding correctly, those who would need to eat for health reasons are exempt from the fast, and this sounds like a health reason to me, if that helps.
