Question to anyone really: are there any canons that you decided to check out primarily because you got a positive impression of them via RP?

A Shizuo and Izaya joined my game years and years ago. Watching them try to kill each other over text was hilarious, and one of them shared a youtube clip of the characters with me, so I jumped on it. Quickly became one of my favorite series of all time.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn (turns out I liked the rpers more than the canon go figure) and The Good Place There's got to be another but it's not ringing a bell. It'll click eventually.

i did like it, though i also went in knowing full well it was a dumb shonen... my own plot twist would be that i read it because i played off of some fun guys from the main cast, then fell in love with underdevelopped and arguably evil side gig asjdgashgd
