迪士尼分First dollar gross的5%，並且在電影票房超過750mil的時候不用付35m給索尼。統合先前的合約，迪士尼的收入來源有：所有的周邊收入＋電影首日上映總票房的5%
參與所有蜘蛛宇宙電影製作（包括動畫電影），並且和Sony以50/50共同負擔成本（收益部分未定）
這裡也有返校日前後，周邊商品的暢銷度上升的一些數字
不過裡面的英文好難喔（英文廢）
但是返校日合約對迪士尼也不算太划算（至少就拍電影出的勞心勞力而言，雖然他們周邊賺很大），所以迪士尼想要更多的收入。
目前合約還在討論中，希望雙方可以達成共識QQ
