Okay, 1. Luke, I think. This may say more about me than him, but I am going to go with touch. I do not think Luke has had a lot of that in his life, for various reasons. I think it's not inherently sexual, but it's a big deal.

And it seems like one of those things that like, the Force more obviously enhances sight/sound so skin-on-skin is its own thing

Especially if you pull into play the notion of being able to feel what your partner is feeling.

I'm stuck on 5. Because I'm trying to think of any of my characters who feel strongly about one part over another. THe obvious would be Spike and necks, but he doesn't seem to be focused on feeding+sex.

I think most of mine are like "ooh, skin!"

6. This is a good question. I've always played Kirk like he's all-in on sex, and his partner(s), but that he can have trouble focusing on himself and his own pleasure

Luke, for other reasons, tends to get wrapped up in some guilt over taking time for pleasure , so he needs to be reminded to focus on the now.

("Never his mind on where he was, what he was doing! Hmph")
