with wax, I normally use bees wax for lip balm, and have been using paraffin or soy wax for candles , but which do you all normally lean towards for both lip balm and candles? I need to order more wax chips so I want to know which would be best. I still have small bags of all three but I dont want to mix types

I'm leaning towards soy since paraffin isn't vegan. but I also have had several customers allergic to soy

I lean to bees for lips and paraffin for candles, just bc it’s cheaper when I make them

I like to have vegan lip balms since my partner is vegan. I imagine avoiding potential allergins is good too

I can prolly start doing soy lip balms too, I'll order more containers. I sell out of both candles and balms faster than I can put them on my etsy

I say bees wax for lips and which was the wax that when it melts winds up on the walls more? I think it’s soy but it might be the paraffin. What are you using for wicks?
