So, I'm walking through the park, with my trainee, yesterday. Both dressed in full "station porter" wardrobe (movie set term).
Guest comes up and asks: "Where is the train?".
"Just up here, sir", I says - pointing up the hill.
"Are you sure?" he asks. "Isn't it down that way?" - pointing in the opposite direction.

Some people hate to be wrong...

Tell him to walk down there and take a look then he can come back to where it really is.
