Vue: append some rendered content at the end of body
土炮兜了一個 VueSendToBody，基本上就是 vue-portal? 只是"目的地"一定是在 body 尾巴 ... 用處? 想要作 qtip 之類的時候似乎用得到 ... like the old days

偷看一下 vue-portal 的 source code ... 竟然是用 TypeScript 寫的!?
