For the first half of July, i worked at my regular dialysis post 2x a week and did outpatient consults also 2x a week. Looking back, it has not been totally stable and easy post. As expected, emergencies appear anytime at the dialysis center while i have seen a lot of Pedia patients in the clinic..

Looking back, i can only rethink if i have treated all my patients well, did not give any harm. As what the noble doctors say, we can never go wrong in treating a life. That is amidst pressure and high number of patients last time. Have to be cautious always

And i can only again realize again and again, my heart wants to pursue Family Medicine, not IM, not Pedia.. Surgery? Maybe
