we were able to fudge the event because we agreed if one wasn't in the same thread that -

the other was watching over the other sleeping while one was in the dream event

so when we can fudge it icly we are

yes they're that tight in canon

and we talked about how Rose and 10 can have private messages since they both are hovering around each other usually

that Rose and 10 may both be on Roses' comm device or vice versa

like we can jusify them at one point icly sort of wandering away from each other in Fear HQ but most of the time they hover around each other like a planet and a moon

But usually if you see Rose - The Doctor isnt fair behind or vice versa

I left a reply. I'd consider setting the time to end of July though, since we don't have concrete ideas as to what other things may be happening in August and whether it'll effect them (like how people found themselves tired in July)
