I've spent 8 hours. 8 hours. 6am to 2 pm. Trying to get some semblance of sense from two different conglomerates. Both are call center driven and both completely @#$%^& up what they were supposed to do.

I swear I fully understand why some people "snap" at the most inconvenient moments.

I'm shaking with rage and now have to drive a car along the Interstate, with Orlando city traffic, without ramming into someone who just deliberately cut me off. It's safe to say it in advance, as I know it's going to happen.

Good Grief. I absolutely hate dealing with call centers for that exact reason. It usually ruins my day
