Wow, ice cream is sure expensive. I treated my friend and me to an ice cream cone at a local ice cream shop. 1 waffle cone for me & 2 scoops of ice cream in a dish for her. $12.35 and we don't have sales tax.

Yes, it is very expensive. I can't have any regular ice cream but I do like Little Bean in the Pearl district. Chickpea ice cream. Not vegan as it uses an egg base, but no dairy and no soy.

This was at Crema. I can't imagine what it might cost at Salt & Straw which is in my neighborhood

I think the pints are slighter cheaper if you walk into salt and straw, rather than that delivery service. they still come out to somewhere around $10, which isn't cheap.
