so, sometimes my cat attempts to alert me of things she thinks are important. Usually this consists of finches jumping on the kitchen box window and angering her, the fact that she has spit food into her water dish, or maybe just something in the backyard (squirrels, neighbor cat, whatever)

for a couple days now she's been very insistent about the living room window, what usually means something in the backyard but I have been unable to see what she's upset about

yep! And I'm pretty sure there's an adolescent under her not just a nest

yep, it sure is a scruffy lil teenaged bird

oh wow that one's blurry bc of the window, I'll see if I can get a better one tomorrow

since baby was sitting up there all alone most of the day

And still up there alone, which worries me a little, because I'm worried I mighta scared the folks off by noticing they were there, and yard guy is coming this afternoon/evening

but I feel like it's been there for more than 2 weeks? So was probably there the last time he came by?
