I don't know how people can wear nail polish because i have an irrational strong need to pick it all off

I haven't yet somehow, but all I do is get distracted by running my fingers over my nails and looking at my nails and fussing with them

ive got a problem where I like to pick skin off. It mostly happens with my lips and I can sit there for literal hours and do it so it can be a bit disruptive in my life. I also do it with scabs if i have. So I think this sits in a similar realm where I know I can pick it off and I have a strong need

Honestly same orz It's not even consciois at all, but the rare times I've worn nail polish I don't think it even lasted more than a couple hours without getting peeled off without my even noticing I was doing it
