Anyway the main thing I’d do is first quarantine your clothes in vacuum bags then I’d treat your natttess by washing / drying on high all the bedding and putting a mattress protector on the mattress

If your bed frame is wood I’d take a hair dryer on high to all the cracks in the wood. If it’s metal then I think you’re ok

Helps stop them from biting you at night bc it deters them. But it doesn’t kill their eggs or any of them that hide when you spray so it’s really just to keep you from being bitten while doing the treatment not a solution

But the only real way to get rid of them is to have your LL hire an exterminator and spray the whole apartment and it will probably take two or three treatments.

The Harris bed bug spray (yellow bottle) also works well if they have that at Walmart and not the other but the eco one I linked is the one everyone seems to agree is most effective and they cost about the same

The diatomaceous earth is a pain bc it’s a messy powder but probably the best bet bc it actually kills them if they walk on it whereas most sprays don’t kill them only deter them.
