IMO the reason that the girls have such aggressively normal and loving family lives is to make it super clear how much Narnia fucked them up

they had nothing to want for materially or personally, they were Fine, so there's no kind of underlying issue or trauma or complex - cephiro is the first real trauma of their lives and the entirety of their suffering in Part II stems from that one event

But my headcanon for Hououji Mom is that she's also a software engineer (I forget if it's directly stated that's what her dad does but I feel like it's strongly implied)

Krile is another whose mom is 100% headcanon and only exists by inference because if she didn't, Krile wouldn't

well okay SHE IS 95% HEADCANON what we know about mom & dad is that they went off to the desert to save the last wind drake, and the drake came back, but they did not

So the way I have it in my mind is that her mom was Galuf's daughter, who was very adventurous and married a nerdy scholar from Surgate

Lugh's mama was Nino, who shows up as a fully-formed character in FE7 albeit as a teenager, but she was very earnest, kind, and a brilliantly talented mage

unfortunately she was also kidnapped into being part of a well-known assassin family and even though she eventually defected, it put a huge target on her back

DEPENDING ON WHAT A-SUPPORT YOU PICK FOR HER, either her husband (another defector) leaves his family to protect them and she vanishes in search of him

or she leaves herself, and her husband vanishes in search of her

Led strike teams into Sith territory, fought space pirates, directed space battles using the Force, eradicated the evil from a jungle moon by leading other Jedi (into setting it on fire, which they didn't expect to actually happen, but still), and rebuilt the shattered Jedi Order

UNFORTUNATELY, being in charge of that last one led to a p strained relationship with Vima, because Vima wanted to be trained as a Jedi and Nomi was always putting it off because there was so much else on her plate

so Vima eventually ran to Nomi's ex-boyfriend who turned evil and then turned back after murdering his bro, and learned how to be a Jedi from him
