(eg last night i had overwatch dreams. it kind of varied depending on circumstance; i was both an observer camera and a character/myself at different parts)
first person POV either as myself, sometimes as a character/someone. There are never any sounds - I mean, obviously there are no sounds in dreams, but aside from knowing what's being said, that's all any "sound" that ever features in them
I realized years ago that while I knew/"heard" what was beingf said, in places where there coudl/should have been sounds (like water against a beach etc) there never were
for example, during one of my many ghost wife dreams, at one point i could both see her posed at the end of my bed from where "I" would arguably be laying, and then in the next moment I'd get a third person shot from the side of me proposing to her
Usually first person, and in any travel-based dream there’s a lot of wide aerial shots, I guess to prove to me I’m going somewhere, but I don’t have a physical sense of flying when it happens.
Usually I'm me and sometimes I'm a character. Rarely I'm an outside observer - sometimes a dream is me watching something, but it's still me. It's nearly always first person. My dreams can have both voices and other sounds.
First person and I can be either myself or a character. Sometimes I'm like, in a character's body but I'm still me, sometimes in that case I can talk to the character like some weird gremlin on their shoulder
Mostly first person, except sometimes my imagination will chicken out on me (i.e., content about a fandom I'm in) and I get frustrated. Sometimes there's no distinct POV and I just assume it's me, though.
