I'm going to at least attempt to make myself finish my book on Elizabeth of York before I start reading it. All of my bookmarks that I actually know the locations of are in use in one book or another.

I know I should probably have another, I dunno, 30-50 bookmarks somewhere, but they're probably still packed. Somewhere.

I almost didn't get the Padme book. I picked the ones I was after, and Mom was like 'since it's your birthday, if there's anything else you want, go get it'. (I was previously at my mentally assigned limit.) Cue '!!!' as I remembered Queen's Shadow and the Leia book and ran off to the teen fiction section to look for them. Found Padme, didn't find Leia.

(I'm... pretty sure the Leia one is also teen fiction.)

Leia: Princess of Alderaan you mean? Yeah I'm pretty sure that is under YA fiction.

My supper, not counting drink, was $30. Drink added another $10. >_> So yeah. That is so a once-a-year thing. (Although the drink is a new one they have that I decided to try.)

Yeah, sounds right.

I'll check for it next time; they might have just been out of copies of her book.

I also finally got a book about Alexander the Great I was after. (First time I saw it, I had the amount of books I was going to get and decided that one could wait until next time. So of course, next time, they didn't have it. This time, they had it again so I grabbed it.)

I also got the novelization of Last Jedi since it turns out I didn't have that one yet, Last Shot, and Seanan McGuire's newest. (The last book was the one I was specifically looking for. Then I ended up with all those others, lol.)
