Based on tidbits we've gotten

I think Aranea has something to do with finding Luna's body, which wasn't found in the game

Maybe Luna wasn't even dead yet. And then when you see Aranea again, she's not with Niflheim

They say Luna's body is missing/unfound, but that could very well be propaganda, too

Not the first time they would have said someone who is dead who wasn't

it dissolves into light in epignis though

like we see why it was never found

The hint says that Aranea gets a girl of destiny out of Niflheim

I can't really see who else it would be or when :|a

Because I think it's when Aranea leaves Niflheim

that's. hmm. very confusing tbh

because I can't see a period when that would be a possible thing

from the Luna side

Just based on what we have, I think maybe there was some sort of period where Luna wasn't actually dead and something happens between her and Aranea

That's my guess

Causing Aranea to finally leave
