[misc] Wowwie, setting up a Paypal account sure is a pain!

I thought it would be easier than just paying people with my debit card, since I keep getting "oops there was a goof, pls check your card info " messages.

And I have noooo idea how to access a debit card statement for that pesky confirmation code.

But eyyy, got it working!
