man, I really hope you can find a place way nicer and affordable than that. The fact that one of your Christmas gifts was a TARP is hella telling and- yeah. I definitely agree that it's that dampness probably adding to you getting sick so often

The biggest problem is the threefold rule

Where (pre taxes) you have to make three times the rent of the apartment for the places to be comfortable with renting it to you. Most of them are okay if you're within 50 bucks of the total, but with the prices in this area I'm below the threshhold
