yeah afterward a cashier who was talking to the kid talked to me about how cute he was and the cashier in front of us who I didn't even realize was listening was like 'that was SO CUTE'

he brightened up our day. at one point he looked at me like 'how you' and i was like 'good, how are you?' and he said 'good' and i said 'good' and he said 'good' and then his grandmother said 'good'

my favorite little kid was the one who came into the museum with a tiny necktie clipped to his t-shirt. I talked to his dad (for work reasons) and told him his kid looked very nice dressed up for a day out.

he told me the kid WOULD NOT go to his first day of Preschool without a bow tie on his shirt and a top hat
