If I had a penny for every time a patron came in to use a computer and then complain and insist the computer isn't working when they haven't even turned it on (despite me telling them how to turn it on), I'd have a lot of pennies.

And these are even youngish people who know computer basics.

The other odd thing is that they will sit staring at the monitor pressing random keys for 5, 10 minutes before saying anything. 😂

You probably would also put a good dent into a retirement account if you invested those pennies!
