the Christmas season has started, I get to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day and get to be verbally abused even more than normal.

and it will be like this for the next 2 months.

already had someone scream and swear at me for needing to verify they belong to the address they rerouted their package from.

didnt even try to look for anything, just yelled about how dare I request such a thing as if I asked them something super personal.

I don't know why people feel acting super offended makes them seem more legit, because it just does the opposite.

the more angry and offended you get, the more I assume you don't belong to that address and are up to something.
