Minimal Archaeology makes digs a little less tedious by having artefact lists right to hand, allowing solves without tedious extra clicking and shows progress all in one panel.

I've got it disabled at the moment, just because I'm concentrating on other matters, but it's quite nice when you're actively digging.

I remember back in Pandaria, Archeology got me my first Epic weapon. SO I always was a bit fond of it.

La Comtesse : Pandaria archeology was massively overdone, though. I wonder if anybody ever finished it.

I almost did! And I finished Jin'rokh. It was a glorious moment as I finally had a weapon that let me go a'raidin'.

I'm impressed, they had SO. MANY. ACHIEVES.
