Surgeons need Anesthesiologists. I don’t understand why there is a culture of bullying or looking down at other specialties in this profession. inter-department collaboration naman tlga lang

i dont get it at first kung bakit need pa ng anesthesiologist sa bawat surgery while magiinject lang naman sila ng anesthesia, but realized na it requires a certain specialization dahil sa possible allergies, reactions at level of pain, depende sa case ng patient.

Ako din, na appreciate ko lang noon nag rotate ako sa subspec na ito. Walang major surgery kung walang anesthesiologist
