does anyone know how to turn off the thing where, when you hit the bottom of a page of comments, it auto-loads the next page

i have a habit of going backwards through comment pages so i see newest --> oldest

and the auto-page-loading thing is... driving me crazy...

i looked in account settings and couldnt find anything

when i scroll to the bottom of the page, i want to access the pagination that's down there, not for the page i just finished to load
