Uugghh a night of stress dreams makes no decent Zumi

Probably because going to bed was all but on the heels of an anxiety attack. Once I calmed down I went to sleep because I'd been left so tired I was nearly drunk, but apparently that was a bad idea

It was not fun, no. Particularly as one was a nightmare on what the anxiety attack was about
