the white box in the top left is her industrial freezer that she keeps bodies in

she enters/exists through the balcony when she's transformed, it's also where she 'works' on corpses to make them fit into the freezer

not pictured: so many tarps

the people who lived in the apartment below hers ended up moving out after they got fed up with blood dripping on their balcony from above
