i had to rewrite almost an entire report i was handed to proof because i had to add things, remove things, and half the addresses were wrong

and this family came in whose pool permissions were revoked because their kid was a shithead and basically bullied me until i got the prop mgr, who then proceeded to give in just to get them to leave (again, i agree with her)
