[health] today is a high pain kind of day

I asked to be moved back on the registers because I can’t physically handle going across the store every three minutes

I honestly would’ve stayed home today if I could afford it, because even last night I was in so much pain I was having a hard time just sitting up

I had gotten this intense stabbing pain like some place between my chest and abdomen and my eyes would instantly start watering up with every stab

I don’t know what to do, nothing I take is helping me enough to get through a lot of this

The gabapentin must be doing something, because when I miss a dose I feel the difference. It’s just not enough to make me comfortably functional
