Have to get a new phone sent to me. First tech support guy wouldnt listen to me, insisted we had backed up my info even though I was pretty sure we hadnt, had me do a factory reset. Everything is gone

Called back, got a woman and she was like we gonna fix this

Of course this means I have to get a whole new phone sent to me and it wont be here until Monday because the guy before dicked me around so I missed the shipping cut off for today.
