role playing game question ... hint lists ...

I am gonna make some "clue list"... things that point to someone, some place, etc ...

Anyone know if I am missing anything?

Clue:

- found where

- found at whom

- found when (for when it can only be found at a certain time, eg at night, might be also a to/from, like a blood trail that vanishes over time)

- what's the clue

- points to where/whom

anything else I need?

maybe a 'comment' too, with some details. But the important stuff needs to be in it's only columns so I can sort it.
