and, in a Cthulhu RP that took place on a ship or something i think, I was an endearing orphan named Shotsy that begged for money so that I could buy (root) beer from the bartender

I learned about online RP when I joined Neopets, and begged an Adult Family Member to fax in a sheet so that I could be allowed to go on the forums

and I recognized RP on there as "oh! that thing my nerd parents do all the time" so I gleefully jumped in

I mostly did medieval fantasy RP that always seemed to take place in a tavern for some reason, and mostly played dragons that were masquerading as humans with cool wing-cloaks

I think I talked about this before, but I once ran a tavern rp of my own on there where adventurers were drawn to on a quest of a mythical artifact, and the twin innkeepers were actually divine beings

so I ended up joining this Organization XIII "yaoi" RP, and from there things just sort of.... grew lmao

Until the OOC board for that (which I'd made) had grown instead to just a general hangout of a good, like.... more than dozen of us just constantly chatting on there and starting up different KH RPs and talking about different ones we'd joined?

I joined it with Lexaeus from KH, especially since a friend of mine joined as a kid character and we had plans, but they sort of flaked, and I flaked after them

The first game I really stuck in was Vatheon

the first character I joined with was Lea from Kingdom Hearts, back when we only had him as a teen lmao

I flicked through a couple of different characters (Vash from Trigun, Snake from Kuroshitsuji, etc) but usually ended up dropping them

but Lea actually stuck for a good long while, although a bit of drama carried through after a while

combined with me just losing steam for the character... I ended up dropping him too

but fortunately, this was when I was picking up with Darkleer from Homestuck in the same game! So I played him, all the way to Vatheon's endgame
