[DBS 130] why is everyone in this arc so bad at tournaments

Ethan was saying something back when he was watching Dragon Ball about the tenkaichi arcs

where there's apparently a bunch of different ways to get disqualified and the fighters keep trying to use all of them resulting in a bunch of dramatic close calls due to everyone knowing the goddamn rules

but here in the tournament of power nobody can remember them for two minutes in a row

all Frieza and 17 had to do to win the entire tournament and get the Super Dragon Balls was just, do literally nothing

let Goku ring out, wait 30 seconds

they win because Jiren didn't know they were still in and they'd outnumber his universe 2-1

just like how earlier Vegeta and Goku had to do literally nothing to win but kept ramming their faces into Jiren until Vegeta got his ass kicked

they had four guys to his one, they just needed to all go to different sides of the arena and it's a sure win

I'm yelling at the screen about DBZ logic what have I become

this arc is just so long and irritating and Jiren is so boring

I mean at least goku and vegeta have a hurdur saiyan excuse
