you can take as much as you want in one comment but for the clinic itself, since it's free except for painkillers, you can only comment once. but in that single comment you can just.... load it up with stuff
but yeah just say the exact number of each thing, something like.... going "i want 100 of everything" would make us go "probably not" but. we'll reply to the comment if something is stretching it but we're generally flexible about this
