I saw your other plurk and the only thing I can think of is milk soaks, cold soaks, maybe oatmeal? If it is really bad though you might have a chemical burn from the reaction and if that is the case I would go to urgent care.

It seems much better now. It's still red and blotchy but taking tylenol and benedryl helped alot <3
