working out how broken I am today. Skin and joints are definitely wrong and muscles somewhat weak or fragile.

headache is not a particularly good indicator. Nor is a slightly sore throat first thing. But overall I think my body is definitely trying to fight off something.

had a bad night of imaginary waltzing instead of sleeping.

supposed to be teaching today.

not currently getting worse and still has a couple more hours before needing to set off into town.

been offered an unexpected lift into town. So that will save on some of the walking in the cold.

still need to be dynamic once there though.
