[mh] Is there anyone here who deals with ADHD and anxiety both?

I'm in this unfortunate catch-22 where I take my adderall to be able to concentrate, and then I'm super focused for like 3-4 hours...during which I'm too anxious to do any damn thing

And I've been taken off my anti-anxiety meds because they counteract the effects of the Adderall

(Adderall is an upper, anxiety meds are downers)

meee but I don't take meds for the adhd because of that exact issue

𝚃𝙷𝙴𝙴 𝚙𝚒𝚝?! : I am thinking I might have to switch to treating the anxiety instead of the ADHD :/

It's paralyzing and it's just no good

yeah, it's a tough choice

The biggest thing is I used to get nothing done because I was too scattered, now I'm focused enough to make lists and stuff, but too anxious to follow through
