my character is crying. what does yours do?

horseriver would assume he's drunk and vaguely try to look out for him on the assumption that this is something never to be talked about; nico would just try to be company (mikodez just slowly backs away and at some point probably tries to get him drunk)

MIssy: Tea and maybe some innate chatter after the tears have eased up slightly.

Koschei: More of a sit quietly next to you and offer a hand. He's even good with holding. Then tea.

please note Jedao will give almost anyone who finds him crying giant puppy eyes to cuddle him please and depending on the relationship try to crawl into their lap

horseriver's ability to pick up on puppy eyes is very low but his response to being crawled on top of is 'ok, seems reasonable' so it balances

Confusion over this weird thing your body is doing is sounds completely legit to both Missy (canon quote: I'm crying again. W-Why do I keep doing that?") and Koschei who is much more aware of what the fuck is going on when he dissociates, but frustratingly that does not make it completely go away.

tbh jedao has a better understanding of his dissociation than he does of his crying

Koschei will when he lets himself cry at any sufficiently strong emotion. Sadly, he rarely feels safe/comfortable enough and ends up blank face instead.
