because I may have a fix for that

a little bit, but it mightve also be bc of anxiety and what i ate last night

and im just trying to convince my hypochondira i dont have the flu and im not gonna die

yeah, nausea/cramping right after breakfast

I find it helps when you first wake up to just sit and have like a few plain crackers and a couple of sips of room temp water

and then wait for five minutes before eating proper breakfast

it'll help your stomach adjust to having food after a long period of nothing
