Previous Universe Skills: New skills for the jaunt and walkabout added. (Somehow we don't need a second Previous Universe Skills page yet, but we are prepared for that eventuality.)

Psychic Skills: Cooldown periods added for Psychic Mirror, Echo and Invisibility.

Liminal Skills: Player-requested clarifications made to Portal Creation (Stationary), Room Creation I and Liminal Permanence.

(The room creation one applies to all three levels, but those skill descriptions are already kinda giant.)
