[work] Oh whee, the wonderful 'Xmas is on Monday so a bunch of offices are closign today AND DIDN'T THINK TO TELL US THEY WERE CLOSING TODAY SO WE DON'T HAVE O/C STUFF ETC FOR SOME OF THEM'

(i mean yeah there's a bunch that close EARLY on Friday normally but generally we...know that)

if any of ya'll need to call your doctor etc before Tuesday and an answering service picks up, please be nice. we're working because they're not and I'm sorry if you didn't refill an rx or something but we have to follow rules etc etc

As one sup put it, re us being overwhelmed bc of it 'maybe if they wanted their calls answered faster, they would have told us they were leaving'
