I found out she got points for "taking initiative" and asking for help when she had too much work last month. And that's one of the reasons she's ahead. The only time she asked for help last month was when I was busy and I told my manger this but helped her anyway. As again, her stuff was causing costumer complains and my work being delayed wouldn't
